How much do you guys figure Wapchan would sell for? I'm guessing $30,000 USD. I think the major increase in anime consumption since the government pandemic lockdowns would make an anime-based website look appealing, especially one that focused on older anime, a market largely untapped in the mainstream that would be seen as easily exploitable. I also think the basically built-in streaming features and culture would make it appetizing. I think the lack of newer anime on the site combined with what would be seen as the baggage of hosting friend boards would keep it from skyrocketing on the market, though. But who knows? Perhaps the disconnect from active media creation and/or acts of kindness will find themselves to be mainstream trends in five or ten years, and the value of this website shoots up to $75,000 USD or more.
